Maplebriar ROD Moana

Moana is from my "M" line. This has always been an experimental line for me. The original doe that started this line was a 3/4 alpine, 1/4 Oberhasli doe that DID NOT like children. Every one of the does from this line has the same personality. They are very sweet unless you are a child. Then they want to try and bite! However, this line is my favorite for their consistent deep body capacity, always on the smaller end of standard size, hardy, and able to maintain very healthy body condition on browse and pasture during the summer with great hand milking-sized teats. I have used bucks to try and develop what I want to improve. Moana has a very smooth fore-udder, with long, easy hand-milking teats.
